Terms & conditions

Last updated: 10.10.2026

1. Scope

These terms apply to all quotes, agreements and works of Neagu Group (BV, enterprise number BE0677.564.992), unless otherwise agreed in writing. Specific terms in a signed quote take precedence. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that consumers have under mandatory law.

2. Quotes and prices

  • Every quote is given in writing and describes the works, materials, price and expected timing. A quote is valid for the period stated on it, or 30 days if no period is stated.
  • Prices for consumers include VAT. The quote lists all costs. There are no hidden fees: you only pay what is in the quote, plus extra work you approved.
  • Extra work or changes are only carried out after your written approval (email is sufficient), with the price agreed beforehand.
  • If unforeseen circumstances (for example hidden defects in existing structures) make additional work necessary, we inform you first and do not proceed without your approval, except where immediate action is needed for safety.

3. Payment

  • Payment terms, including any deposit or instalments, are stated in the quote and on the invoice.
  • For late payment, only the costs and interest permitted by law apply. For consumers, the rules of Book XIX of the Belgian Code of Economic Law apply, including a free first reminder.

4. Execution of the works

  • We carry out the works professionally and in accordance with the agreement and applicable regulations.
  • Deadlines are indicative unless explicitly agreed as binding in writing. We inform you promptly of any delay.
  • The client ensures access to the site and the availability of water and electricity, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds

For cancellation, withdrawal or refunds, please contact neagu.group@gmail.com.

6. Complaints and guarantees

  • Please report complaints about the works in writing as soon as possible, describing the problem. We respond within a reasonable time and look for a solution together with you.
  • The statutory guarantees apply, including the ten-year liability for serious defects affecting the stability or solidity of a building.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to direct damage caused by our fault, up to the amount covered by our insurance, insofar as permitted by law. This limitation does not apply in case of intent, gross negligence, death or bodily injury, or where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

8. Applicable law and disputes

Belgian law applies. We always first try to resolve a dispute amicably. Consumers can also contact the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (consumentenombudsdienst.be). If no solution is found, the courts of Antwerp have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the right of consumers to bring proceedings before the court of their place of residence.
